Volvo Recalling 65,000 V70 & XC70 Cars in Europe

Approximately 65,000 2008 Model Year Volvo V70 and XC70 models will be recalled due to a software problem that delays that triggering of the side-impact air-bags. The recall affects models primarily sold in Europe and does not apply to owners in the U.S. and Canada. "We will fine-tune the software that triggers the release of the inflatable curtain," said Volvo Cars spokeswoman Maria Bohlin. "
