Volkswagen Group Starts Vehicle Assembly In Russia

Volkswagen, Europe’s largest carmaker, inaugurated its new Russian plant yesterday (Nov. 28, 2007). The first models to leave the assembly line were the Volkswagen Passat and Skoda Octavia.
